Set during World War II, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas tells the story of a nine year-old boy called Bruno, who has to move to a place he dislikes: Out-With ( Auschwitz ). He can't understand what happens around him and decides to explore a world that is not for children.
An interesting story about innocence and war, friendship and racism. The emotional ending won't leave you indifferent. And it is a quick, easy read. You will enjoy this book! I really recommend it.
